How to Pay
Currency Note
Checkout displays the current product currency, actual charge, and available payment methods. Exchange rates, fees, and channels can vary by region, issuer, and payment provider; verify the page before confirming payment.
Payment Path
Open the Jego extension, click Dashboard, then click Upgrade VIP in the left navigation bar (shown as Renewal VIP if you already have a paid membership), and select the membership you want to purchase to start payment.
Before paying, check these items in order:
- Make sure you are signed in to the Jego account that should receive the membership;
- Select a plan and check its term, currency, and total;
- Choose one of the payment methods actually shown at checkout;
- After the payment page opens, check the merchant, amount, and currency once more before confirming.
Check Payment History after purchase
After payment, open Dashboard → Payment History and check whether the order appears there.
Membership normally takes effect within a few minutes after payment. If it still has not arrived after a short wait, open Dashboard → Tickets and report the order.
Payment Channels
Jego shows the payment methods currently available for your account and region. The entries below are methods you may see at checkout; use a method only when it appears on your checkout page.
UnionPay
If checkout shows UnionPay, follow the redirect to its checkout. Supported cards, charge currency, exchange rate, and fees are determined by that page and the card issuer.
A card issued in mainland China may be declined if online or cross-border payments are not enabled. If that happens, call the official number on the back of the card and wait for the transaction status before continuing.
Alipay
If checkout shows Alipay, verify the paying account, currency, and amount on its checkout before completing payment. Current availability is controlled by the provider.
Wait for Alipay to return you to Jego after payment, or go back to the Dashboard and check Payment History.
WeChat Pay
If checkout shows WeChat Pay, verify the paying account, currency, and amount before completing payment. Current availability is controlled by the provider.
Before confirming a QR-code payment, check the amount and payment page, and keep the QR code on the device used for this payment.
Cryptocurrency Payment
Use cryptocurrency only if checkout currently offers it. Verify the asset, network, address, amount, and confirmation requirement; blockchain transfers are generally hard to reverse. Use only the address generated by the current checkout.
The same asset can exist on different networks. Check both the asset name and network name, and use only the payment information generated for the current checkout.
PayPal
If checkout shows PayPal, verify the account, currency, amount, and offered funding sources on PayPal's checkout. Guest-card and specific-card support are determined by the current PayPal page.
You can use a funding source saved in your PayPal account. If checkout offers card payment without a PayPal balance, follow the instructions shown there.
Credit Card
If checkout shows a card or digital-wallet option, follow its secure checkout. Supported card networks, wallets, currency, fees, and conversion are determined by the current checkout and issuer.
Enter card details only on the payment provider's secure checkout. Jego support will never ask you for your full card number, card security code, SMS verification codes, or Apple Pay / Google Pay verification details.
Common Questions
Payment rejected by card issuer?
Payments with a bank card issued in mainland China — through UnionPay, Alipay, or WeChat Pay — occasionally fail, because some of these cards do not have cross-border payments enabled by default.
Call the UnionPay customer service center 95516 or your card issuer to confirm that overseas transactions are enabled for the card.
Any UnionPay-branded card with overseas transactions enabled can be used, whether it is a debit, credit, or quasi-credit card.
Can I get an invoice for membership purchase?
Jego is an overseas company and has not established a main company in mainland China, so we cannot issue mainland China invoices.
For membership purchases we provide a formal invoice issued by our overseas entity. After each payment the system automatically emails the invoice to your registered address, with a PDF available for download. If you plan to claim it as a business expense, check with your finance team first.
You can also view your last 3 successful orders in Jego Dashboard → Payment History, and click to view, print, or download detailed Invoices.
If the email has not arrived, check your inbox, including the spam folder. For further help, please contact our customer support team.
