Registration and Login

1. Click the small Jego icon on the browser, and a small loading window will pop up:

2. After loading is complete, the login and registration interface shown in the figure below will appear:

• Registered users can directly enter email and password, click the blue login button to enjoy Jego services;
• Unregistered users click the green register button below, and follow the prompts to easily complete Jego account registration.

Forgot Password

1. Forgot password when logged out:

Open the Jego popup interface, click Forgot Password (red box in the figure above), enter the email address registered with Jego according to the page prompts, then go to the email and follow the email prompts to reset the password.

2. Forgot password when logged in:

Enter Jego Control Panel - Account Management page, at the bottom of the password modification page you can find the Forgot Password entry (as shown in the figure below), click and enter the Jego account email address, then go to the email and follow the email prompts to reset the password.
