Fair Use

Jego wants every user to have a stable and safe experience on shared network resources. Please read the rules below.

Six devices per account

One account can be used simultaneously on up to 6 devices you own.

Do not share the account among multiple people or use it on more than 6 devices at the same time. Long-term sharing affects route and capacity planning. An account found doing this will be permanently banned.

Protect your account, password, and subscription URL. Do not publish, resell, or give them to an untrusted person.

Fair use

Do not use Jego for BT, magnet-link, Xunlei, or other P2P downloads. An account found doing so will be permanently banned.

Please also avoid watching high-definition video or downloading large software continuously for long periods, because sustained heavy use affects other users.

Speed limiting is triggered when all three of the following happen within one month:

• high-load usage occurs more than 3 times;
• each time lasts longer than 60 minutes;
• the rate reaches 100 Mbps during those periods.

The account can still use data afterwards, but maximum upload and download speed drops from 100 Mbps to 1 Mbps.

Prohibited abuse

Do not use Jego to attack devices or networks, distribute malware, commit fraud, infringe another person's rights, or carry out other illegal activity that harms a third party.
